I’m a movement & fitness consultant with a background in remedial massage and biomechanics. I work with people who feel stiff, sore, or unsure how to exercise — often after pain, long breaks, or big life changes.
My approach isn’t about pushing harder or following random workouts. It’s about understanding how your body moves, rebuilding trust in movement, and creating simple, sustainable habits that fit real life.
This 28-day movement reset isn’t personalised — it’s a shared foundation to help you move with more confidence and awareness. If you decide to continue afterwards, personalised guidance is where we take it further.
