The Bod Therapy Massage is a signature massage that I've developed over the years and includes a range of techniques gathered from many different massage styles, put together to nourish your whole body and spirit. The Bod Therapy Massage comprises broad strokes to ‘warm-up’ tense or painful areas, then slow and targeted strokes with firm pressure to relieve tension from the deepest layers of muscles and connective tissue, just the perfect combination of depth and pressure. You should book in for a Bod Therapy Massage if you have any areas of tension, but still want to relax and unwind.

To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 18h prior to your appointment. In case of no show or cancellation within 18h of your appointment, the booking fee will be charged as cancellation fee. This also apply for cancellation of same day bookings.
